The National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) HomeLink ‘The UK’s No 1 Network’ has approximately 500 member offices in the UK and abroad, with specialists in the sale of overseas property.
In addition, the NAEA is a founder member of the CEI (European Confederation of Estate Agents) and a member of FIABCI (The International Real Estate Federation). All of which means that the NAEA can recommend a number of highly professional overseas agents, either bound by the NAEA’s Rules of Conduct or rules applying in their own country, who are able to assist buyers in their purchase of properties abroad.
