When you are ready to come and see for yourself, you can join us on a Viewing Visit Programme, which will be tailor-made just for you.
We suggest a 3-day visit, during which you will have the attention of one of our experienced multi-lingual HomeLink members based in the area of your choice.
He or she will have been fully briefed by your HomeLink Member in your present area, and will have a pre-selected and pre-arranged visit programme to show you a portfolio of those properties, which most closely match your own selection criteria. This visit can be either under one of our all-inclusive special viewing programmes or on an informal basis.
Buying overseas, whether as a second home or main residence, can be a daunting prospect.
During your visit, apart from viewing properties, you will also have the opportunity to talk with an experienced property lawyer and, if you wish to discuss local mortgage finance, we can introduce you to a suitable bank.
